RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Nordbech, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Change-of-mind returns
If you are a consumer purchasing from Nordbech online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Returned items must then be sent back within 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation.

2. Conditions for returned items
For change-of-mind returns, items must be returned in as good as new condition. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging where possible.

We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

3. Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@nordbech.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund. In these cases, no return shipping fees will be charged to you.

5. Refunds
Refunds for approved returns will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.

For change-of-mind returns, refunds will be processed after the returned goods are received back, or after you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

If a refund is due because the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will process the refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.

6. Cancellations before production
Because our products are sold on demand, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible.

If production has not yet started, we may be able to cancel your order. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
