SHIPPING POLICY
At Nordbech, our products are designed and sold on demand. This means your order may require a short production period before it is dispatched.
1. Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days before dispatch.
2. Delivery areas
We currently ship to Malta and European locations only.
3. Estimated delivery times
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
Malta: 3 to 5 business days
European locations: 3 to 5 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, courier performance, public holidays, and circumstances outside our control.
4. Shipping cost
We charge a flat shipping rate of €8 per order unless stated otherwise at checkout.
5. Split shipments
We do not normally split orders into separate packages.
6. Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
7. Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Nordbech is not responsible for courier delays, customs issues where applicable, weather disruption, or other events outside our reasonable control.
